Call 911Relay Arc ("we", "us", "our") operates a digital health coordination platform. This Privacy Policy explains how we collect, use, and protect your information. By using Relay Arc, you agree to this policy in full.
We collect information you provide directly:
• Full name, email address, and account credentials
• Medical conditions, diagnoses, and prescription medications you enter
• Daily check-in responses and symptom descriptions
• Device location data (only when you activate an emergency SOS alert)
• Push notification subscription tokens
We collect automatically: • Device type, browser, and operating system • IP address and approximate location • App usage patterns and feature interactions
• To facilitate communication between you and your care team
• To deliver medication reminders and appointment notifications
• To process AI-assisted health check-in summaries
• To route emergency alerts to your designated care team
• To improve app reliability and user experience
Relay Arc uses Groq AI (api.groq.com) to process your health check-in responses and generate clinical summaries. By using the check-in feature, you explicitly consent to your health information being processed by Groq's AI models. We encourage you to review Groq's privacy policy. We do not control how third-party AI providers handle data once transmitted.
Your data may be processed by:
• Supabase (supabase.com) — database and authentication infrastructure
• Groq (groq.com) — AI language model processing
• Jitsi / 8x8 (jit.si) — video consultation infrastructure
• Vercel — hosting and content delivery
Each third-party provider has its own privacy policy. We are not responsible for the data practices of third-party services.
We implement industry-standard security measures including HTTPS encryption, secure authentication tokens, and access controls. However, no internet transmission is 100% secure. You use this platform at your own risk. We cannot guarantee the absolute security of your data.
We retain your data for as long as your account is active. You may request deletion by contacting us. Deletion may take up to 30 days and may not cover data already processed by third-party AI systems.
Relay Arc is a care coordination communication tool. We are not a HIPAA-covered entity or business associate in the traditional sense. While we take your health information seriously, this platform does not carry HIPAA compliance guarantees. Do not use this platform as the sole record of your medical information.
This platform is strictly for users aged 18 and over. We do not knowingly collect information from minors. If you believe a minor has created an account, contact us immediately.
You may request access to, correction of, or deletion of your personal data by contacting us. We will respond within 30 days.
We may update this policy at any time. Continued use of the app constitutes acceptance of the updated policy.
